At the end of August 2009 at the International Automobile Exhibition "Interauto-2009" a "charged" version of the "Priora" sedan with the Sport attachment was presented, which went on sale in September of the same year. The three-volume was produced by the management of AvtoVAZ sports cars, but at the moment this project has been canceled.

"Sports Priora" is distinguished by an aerodynamic body kit that combines a prominent front bumper with a spoiler in the lower part, side sills, a rear bumper with a diffuser and a compact wing on the trunk lid. Well, and harmoniously complete the image are large wheels with a diameter of 16 inches, dressed in low-profile tires with a standard size of 195/50 / R16. Such improvements give the Priora's appearance assertiveness and dynamism.

The length and width of the Priora Sport sedan are similar to those on the "civil" model and are 4350 mm and 1680 mm, respectively, but the height due to the reduced ground clearance is only 1400 mm. In running order, the car weighs 1080 kg, and its gross weight slightly exceeds 1.5 tons.

The interior of the "sporty Priora" in its architecture repeats the interior decoration of the pre-reform sedan: a simple but informative instrument panel, a neat center console with an analog clock, a head unit and three rotating air conditioner washers.

However, it has a sporty touch in the form of carbon-look inserts, a leather-trimmed steering wheel and seats with enhanced side bolsters and red stitching.

Specifications. Under the hood of Lada Priora Sport, an atmospheric "four" VAZ-21126-06 is installed, based on a standard 98-horsepower engine. With a volume of 1.6 liters (1597 cubic centimeters), its output on the "sports" sedan was brought to 125 horsepower at 6200 rpm and 150 Nm of torque at 4500 rpm, which was achieved through the introduction of a receiver with an increased diameter and a new program engine control. The tandem of the motor is a 5-speed "mechanics", directing all the potential to the front wheels.

The dynamic and high-speed performance of the "charged" VAZ sedan is at a decent level: it takes 9.5 seconds to conquer the first hundred, and at the 195 km / h mark, its maximum capabilities are limited. Every hundred kilometers of run in mixed mode, the Priora's fuel tank is emptied by 7.2 liters.

The Lada Priora Sport sedan is based on the stock model, and is based on a front-wheel drive platform from Lada 110, equipped with an independent running gear with MacPherson struts in front and an elastic transverse beam at the rear. However, adding stiffer shock absorbers and springs gives the car better stability and handling. The car "flaunts" disc brakes on each of the wheels, as well as an electromechanical power steering.

The production of the "sports Priora" was carried out in small batches, so it is quite difficult to find such a car on the road. Currently, the sedan is no longer produced, but at the time of its appearance, they asked for it from 408,300 to 421,000 rubles. In addition, a separate basic tuning package was offered, including an aerodynamic body kit and an engine upgrade, at a price of 70 thousand rubles, which could be equipped with a standard "Prior".
By default, the Priora Sport was equipped with standard "music", four electric windows, air conditioning, leather steering wheel, sports front seats and alloy wheels.
